Eric earned his Open Water Divers certification locally at Laguna Sea Sports in 2002. Having developed a strong interest in diving from the start, Eric took several more classes and earned his instructor certification through the National Associtaion of Underwater Instructors (NAUI) in 2004. Since then, Eric has earned instructor certifications from Scuba Diving International (SDI), and the Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI). Eric is also an Emergency First Response instructor offering training in CPR, First Aid, and AED.
Eric's other passions include photography and travel. He has visited such exotic locales as Indonesia, Malyasia, the Phillipines, Palau, Yap, Fiji, Hawaii, Galapagos and several destinations in Mexico.
Eric has earned technical certifications as Full Cave Diver and Inspiration Rebreather Diver from the National Association for Cave Diving (NACD) and the International Association of Nitrox and Technical Divers (IANTD).
As a parent, Eric was active in his daugthers' childhood activities including coaching soccer for a number of years. Eric loves to teach children and will make them comfortable on SCUBA.
Eric is a founding member of REG Divers.
